Football fixtures: Barnsley, Doncaster Rovers, Hull City, Leeds United, Huddersfield Town, Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday, Bradford City, Rotherham United

The 2011/12 football fixtures are out. Find out the highlights for your team here.

Leeds United begin their Championship campaign on the south coast with a tricky trip to newly-promoted Southampton on Saturday, August 6.

Simon Grayson’s men are then at Elland Road on August 13 against Middlesbrough, and on Tuesday, August 16, when Hull City are the visitors.

Leeds visit Derby County on Boxing Day and Barnsley for a Yorkshire derby on New Year’s Eve before finishing their season at home to Leicester City.

Hull City host relegated Blackpool on August 6. Nigel Pearson’s men then travel to Ipswich Town the following Saturday and Leeds United three days later.

The Tigers visit Middlesbrough on Boxing Day and Burnley on New Year’s Eve before rounding off their campaign against another Premier League old boy in West Ham on Saturday, April 28.

Barnsley provide Steve McLaren’s first opponents as Nottingham Forest boss as the Reds visit the City Ground on Saturday, August 6.

Keith Hill’s first home game in charge of Barnsley is against Southampton on August 13 with Middlesbrough the visitors three days later.

They have home games against Blackpool and Leeds United on Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve respectively, and host Brighton in the final game of the season on April 28.

Doncaster Rovers have a tough start. They travel to Brighton on the opening day before welcoming relegated West Ham on August 13 and Nottingham Forest on August 16.

Burnley provide the opposition on Boxing Day, while it’s a long trip to Watford on New Year’s Eve for Sean O’Driscoll’s men.

Ipswich are the visitors to Keepmoat Stadium on the final day of the season.

Middlesbrough begin against Portsmouth on August 6 before visiting Leeds seven days later. They host Hull on Boxing Day and finish the season at Watford.

In League One, reality bites for beaten play-off finalists Huddersfield Town as they begin against two promoted teams; Bury at home on August 6 and Rochdale away on August 13.

The Terriers travel to Hartlepool on August 16, and host Chesterfield on Boxing Day and Carlisle on New Year’s Eve. Huddersfield finish against Yeovil on Saturday, May 5.

Sheffield United begin life in League One away at Oldham on August 6, while Danny Wilson has to wait seven days for his first home game in charge when Brentford are the visitors. Walsall are up next on August 16.

Notts County visit Bramall Lane on Boxing Day with Hartlepool in town on New Year’s Eve. United finish their season with a long trip south to Exeter.

The two League One Steel City derbies are scheduled for October 15 at Bramall Lane and February 25 at Hillsborough.

Gary Megson begins his first season in charge of Sheffield Wednesday at home to Rochdale on August 6 before taking the Owls to Bournemouth on August 13 and Bury three days later.

Wednesday are on their travels over Christmas, as Walsall on Boxing Day and Preston on New Year’s Eve. Wednesday finish the season at home to Wycombe.

In League Two, Andy Scott hopes to hit the ground running in his first full season in charge of Rotherham United as they host Oxford United on August 6.

They travel to Plymouth seven days later and Crewe on August 16. The Millers visit Macclesfield on Boxing Day and Cheltenham to end the year five days later, before finishing the season on May 5 at home to Northampton.

Peter Jackson’s first game as full-time manager of Bradford City is at home to Aldershot on August 6. The Bantams then travel to Oxford on August 13 and Accrington three days later.

Bradford host Crewe on Boxing Day and Shrewsbury on New Year’s Eve, before finishing the League Two season at Valley Parade against Swindon.

The Yorkshire debries are held at Valley Parade on November 19 and the Don Valley Stadium on January 2.
