York City crashed to a 4-0 defeat at Southport after playing with 10 men for 88 minutes when David McGurk was sent off in the opening exchanges.

Team news: Lee Clark is without both top scorer Jordan Rhodes (ankle) and Benik Afobe (ineligible) for the trip to Arsenal so Lee Novak could start up front alongside Alan Lee. Also out for the Terriers are Alex Smithies (knee), Liam Ridehalgh (glandular fever) and Damien Johnson (knee), while the Cup tie has also come too soon for Gary Naysmith following his return to training.
