Next Huddersfield Town manager: Former Celtic and Norwich City player Mark Fotheringham new favourite

Hertha Berlin assistant coach Mark Fotheringham has emerged as the odds-on favourite for the vacant managerial role at Huddersfield Town.

The former Celtic, Dundee and Norwich City midfielder has overtaken David Wagner in the betting markets and is now 4/9 to be appointed at the John Smith’s Stadium.

Wagner, who previously managed the Terriers, was installed as the favourite after the sacking of Danny Schofield. Now Fotheringham has been made the strong favourite as Huddersfield prepare for a return to action at Reading on Saturday afternoon.
