With Paul Warne watching at home in self-isolation, the Millers put on an excellent attacking performance, but only had themselves to blame for a 2-1 defeat.

Freddie Ladapo missed a penalty, chances went begging throughout, Angus MacDonald was sent off for a two-footed tackle and in stoppage time debutant Florian Jozefzoon conceded the penalty which allowed Jordan Hugill to score his first goal for the Canaries.
