NO LESS than eight clubs are represented in our latest Yorkshire Post Team of the Week - with two representatives apiece for Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday and Rotherham United.

Here is our latest XI, see whether you agree with our choices and let us know your own thoughts - better still, send us your own starting XI - in the comments section at the bottom.

Goalkeeper: Ellery Balcombe (Doncaster Rovers) - Endearing himself well to all and sundry at the Keepmoat Stadium, reinforced by two brilliant penalty saves in Rovers’ keynote win at League One promotion rivals Lincoln City. Top performance.

Defence: Osaze Urhoghide (Sheffield Wednesday) – After a long spell out injured, the youngster is looking the part on his first-team return and did his bit with solid and assured displays as Wednesday secured vital victories against Preston and Bournemouth.

Chris Basham (Sheffield United) - ‘Bashambauer’ is back if his buccaneering performance in Tuesday’s priceless win over West Brom is anything to go by. Played a part in both Blades goals and is proving to be Chris Wilder’s undoubted ‘Mr Consistency.’

Tom Lees (Sheffield Wednesday) - Following on from his rock-solid showing at the weekend, Lees was redoubtable and commanding on the south coast and produced another leader’s performance at Bournemouth.

Dael Fry (Middlesbrough) - Taking the field less than a week after his horror moment on the end of Jarrad Branthwaite’s boot against Blackburn, Fry was back to his imperious best at the back as Boro dug out a very commendable point at leaders Norwich.

Midfield: Josh March (Harrogate Town) - Making a name for himself already at Harrogate and has helped himself to two goals in successive matches so far. Looks to be a shrewd loan acquisition.

John Fleck (Sheffield United) - Another member of the Blades’ old guard who is showing signs of rekindling his form from last season. Followed up a strong performance at Manchester City with another dominant one against West Brom. Good to see.

Greg Docherty (Hull City) - Has scored two goals in successive home matches and is becoming an integral force in the Tigers midfield with his drive.

Raphinha (Leeds United) - Different class against Everton, just as he was in the reverse fixture at Goodison Park - and has helped himself to two goals into the bargain. His work-rate is relentless and he posted a massive threat going forward on Wednesday night. Quite simply, Raphinha is one of the Premier League’s buys of the season.

Forwards: Michael Smith (Rotherham United) - In imposing form and helped himself to his sixth goal in eight league games in the Millers’ fine midweek win over Derby. A real thorn for Championship defences at the minute and when he is on-song, he is so hard to handle.

Matt Crooks (Rotherham United) - His axis with Smith is providing the Millers with genuine hope in their Championship survival quest. Terrorised Derby at times on Wednesday and is in a rich vein of form.

Manager: Neil Thompson (Sheffield Wednesday).
