Rotherham United have completed the signing of Birmingham winger Andrew Shinnie, with the Blues’ successful capture of Watford’s Diego Fabbrini in a £1.5m deal clearing the path for the Scot to move to South Yorkshire.
Fabbrini had been on a season-long loan at Boro, with Watford having no recall clause.
