Travel to Penina with Golf Academy director Neil Reeves

THERE is still time to book a place on John Letters Golf Academy director Neil Reeves’s overseas coaching trip to Portugal at the end of next month.

The Academy director at Huddersfield is taking students for five rounds of competition and coaching at the five-star Penina Golf Resort, in the Algarve.

Reeves, a PGA Qualified Class AA coach for more than 25 years, has a few places on the trip.

Its price of £850 covers five rounds of golf over the Penina Championship and Resort courses, bed and breakfast at Penina, four evening meals at the hotel, five mornings of tuition, five competition days (team and individual), free pull carts if required, a prize presentation and airport transfers. Flights are not included.

Reeves said: “The trip is open to students of all abilities, so no matter if you have just taken up the game or are a season golfer, everybody is welcome.

“This will be a perfect way to fine tune your game, play competitive golf and also meet fellow academy students.”

Penina includes the Sir Henry Cotton Championship course, the Algarve’s first golfing layout which was designed by the former Open champion himself and has been welcoming visitors since its opening in 1966.
