Hunslet Hawks 24 Workington 14: Hawks soar clear of nearest title rivals
Player-coach Paul March took a pass from his brother David to score the first try after six minutes, with the latter adding the goal.
Darren Holt cut Workington's deficit with a penalty before Hunslet stretched their lead through McHugh's first, converted by David March.

It got worse for the hosts when Workington snatched the lead seven minutes into the second half through James Robinson's converted try.
But McHugh's second, again goaled by March, put the Hawks back in control at 18-14 and, after Workington second rower Jarrad Stack was sin-binned after a mass brawl in the 75th minute, McHugh snatched Hunslet's fourth try in injury-time, with March kicking his fourth goal.
