Johnson to make Wildcats derby at Hunslet
NEW signing Paul Johnson will make his first appearance for Wakefield Wildcats in their pre-season friendly at Hunslet on Sunday.
The former Wigan, Bradford and Warrington centre will be joined in the Wildcats line-up by captain Jason Demetriou, who missed the trial games against Castleford and Wigan as he completed his recovery from knee surgery.
Wakefield coach John Kear said: "Jason's rehabilitation process has gone well but we didn't want to rush him while we've just been waiting to give Paul his chance to run out."
