W Hull 6 N Wales Crusaders 82: Radley’s try is West Hull consolation

West Hull were no match for Championship One side North Wales Crusaders who cruised into round four with a 15-try, 82-6 hammering of the amateurs.

The National Conference side trailed 44-6 at the break having scored a converted try on 37 minutes from winger Tom Radley plus a Josh Hart conversion.

Lewys Weaver led the way for the Crusaders with a hat-trick of tries with a brace each for Rob Massam, Andy Moulsdale, Stuart Reardon and Jon Smith.

There was also one try each for Craig White, Dave McConnell, Andy Gorski and Tommy Johnson who also landed 11 goals.

Toulouse will carry French hopes alongside Catalan Dragons in today’s Challenge Cup draw after gaining a 56-18 win over Swinton on Saturday, but Carcassonne went down 24-16 at Workington yesterday.
