Yorkshire trio kept apart in RL Cup draw

Yorkshire's three remaining clubs left in the iPro Sport Cup have been drawn apart in last night's second round draw.

Doncaster’s reward for a 35-28 win over North Wales Crusaders is a home tie against London Skolars.

York City Knights - who beat Yorkshire rivals Hunslet Hawks 24-4 yesterday - are the road at Rochdale Hornets.

Keighley Cougars play host to Oxford, after beating Wath Brow Hornets 10-4 on Saturday

Doncaster actually trailed 22-18 against Crusaders, but tries from Matty Welham, Jordan Abdull (2), Jordie Hedges (2) - who also kicked three goals and a drop goal - Kieran Cross and David Foggin-Johnston secured safe passage.

Tries from Nev Morrison, Brett Turner, Russ Spiers, Richard Wilkinson - plus four Danny Nicklas goals - gave York a 24-4 win over Hunslet, who replied with a Richie Barnett try.

The 2016 iPro Sport Cup 2nd round draw: Doncaster v London Skolars, Keighley Cougars v Oxford, Rochdale Hornets v York City Knights, University of Gloucestershire All Golds v Newcastle Thunder. Ties to be played over weekend of April 2-3.
