Out-of-favour Wolves defender Danny Batth has caught the eye of two Yorkshire clubs as they are hoping to strengthen their sides before the loan deadline closes.

Leeds United and Sheffield Wednesday are the two clubs looking to secure the signature of the six foot three central defender who has failed to make an appearance this season.

Leeds United midfielder Eunan O’Kane, meanwhile, looked set to join Charlton early in the window however he is reluctant to drop out of the Championship.

O’Kane is now highly likely to stay at Leeds for the foreseeable future.

Tony Pulis has confirmed Middlesbrough striker Martin Braithwaite has asked to leave the club in an attempt to move to Spain following interest from Spanish clubs Leganes and Girona.

Middlesbrough manager Pulis has used the Dane this season and wasn’t intending to let him go, however Braithwaite has expressed that he would like to leave the club.
