Yorkshire golf: Wakefield and Stephen East celebrating championship success
Their team of Scott MacGregor, Andrew Stringer and Ewan Bromley produced a total of 452 to leave Huddersfield - Richard Broadley, James Skirrow and Jake Hamilton - in second place.
MacGregor led the way for the new champions, shooting 69 72, while Stringer carded 75 twice and Bromley 80 81.

Hide AdHamilton (72 78) was Huddersfield's low man, followed by Broadley (74 78) and Skirrow (76 77).
Joining Wakefield and Huddersfield in the Team Championship at Bradford on Wednesday, August 24 will be Selby, Howley Hall, Cleckheaton & District and Garforth.
Relegated to the Third Division for next season are Hallamshire, Abbeydale, Wike Ridge, Dewsbury District, Woodsome Hall and Rudding Park.
Moortown, Beverley & East Riding, Fulford, Meltham, Wath and Phoenix remain in Division Two.

Hide AdWike Ridge's Stephen East is the new Northern Counties Seniors' Amateur champion.
He shot 74 69 at Hexham to win by two shots from Northenden's David Nelson (73 72).
Moor Allerton's Johnny Lawrence (72 74) was third.
Hickleton's Alison Knowles and Selby's Ellie Goodall are both tied 10th, six shots off the lead, after two rounds of the English Women's Amateur Championship at West Lancs.
Hickleton (77 74) had two birdies and two bogeys in her level-par second round.

Hide AdGoodall (74 77) had a roller-coaster round on Wednesday that included three birdies, an eagle at the 446-yard par-5 eighth, six bogeys and one double bogey.
Two other Yorkshire players made the 36-hole cut: Rotherham's Olivia Winning (78 77) and Hallamshire's Holly Morgan (78 79).
Yorkshire champion Megan Garland, of Selby, missed by just a shot after rounds of 84 77 while Woodsome Hall's Melissa Wood (85 77) and Garforth's Laura Morrison (82 80) were two back of the qualifying mark of 160.

He lies 11th, eight behind the leader, Rowlands Castle's Billy McKenzie (70 66).
Malton & Norton's David Hague (75 70) and Shipley's WIll Whiteoak (73 73) also lie inside the top 20.
Hull's Steve Robins shot 78 69, Fulford's Craig Smith 75 77, Wheatley's Ben Brewster 77 76, Moortown's Ben Firth 77 79, and Firth's club-mate David Houlding 86 76.

Hide AdRotherham's Charlie Daughtrey is tied third, four shots off the lead at the English Boys' Under-16 Open Amateur Stroke Play Championship at Royal Ashdown Forest.
He shot rounds of 75 70 while Callum McFie, of Lindrick, also made it through to the final two rounds after carding 75 77.
Pannal's Oliver White placed sixth in the Scottish Youths Open Championship at Fairmont St Andrews with scores of 76 70 72 67.
Other Yorkshire competitors were The Oaks' Sam Wilkinson (74 73 77 71), Wheatley's Kealan Lowe 71 75 74 75 and Fulford's Charlie Thornton (73 75 77 76).
