A quartet from Whitby - Janet McGeehin, Michael Coates, Siew Choon Tan and Robert Scott - led the way with 87pts while the other qualifiers include Shipley, whose team won the championship when it was played for the first time last year. A new team of four is representing the club in this year’s competition: Mick and Val Exley, and Peter and Ann Borsos.
