“With (Bill) Tupou, Reece (Lyne), (Tom) Johnstone, Innes Senior, you’ll fail to find a better backline for speed, power and individual flair.
“So we’ve some real makings of a good side. What we just need to do is make sure that each component of the team is firing on all cylinders.”
He added: “When we’ve had successful seasons where we finished fifth, the big players were playing well every week.

“And collectively they’re working really, really hard.”
