Your best night's sleep ever is on its way

The first rule of beauty school is “get a good night’s sleep”, but for many of us, this can prove all too elusive.

Harrogate-based Neom Organics, which has a store in Victoria Gate Leeds, has designated this month as “Sleeptember”, and is currently counting down to the Neom Big Sleep Night on September 28.

The idea is that this becomes the ultimate night in and the chance to achieve a perfect night’s sleep for everyone. Before this happens, we have to identify our personal challenges to sleep.
