The trailer was shared as part of the D23 Studio Showcase on September 10.

The 1 minute 56 second trailer sees Nick Fury arrive back on earth to meet with Maria Hill and also confirms that Olivia Coleman and Martin Freeman will be starring in the show.

Marvel, one of Hollywood's biggest franchises, came to film in West Yorkshire in early 2022.

Part of the filming took place in Leeds. Hundreds of people turned out to watch Samuel L Jackson and crew film around the around Bond Court and Greek Street.

Filming then moved over to The Piece Hall in Halifax where other Hollywood stars, include Emilia Clark and Cobie Smulders, were spotted.

Though Leeds city centre is harder to spot, an explosion scene clearly shows The Piece Hall.

Details of the show are still under wraps but Jackson will reprise his role as Nick Fury from the film series and will be working with the Skrulls in deep space.

Halifax's MP, Holly Lynch said: "I confess to being a massive Marvel geek and so the prospect of filming taking place here in Halifax is incredibly exciting.

"It’s another chance to showcase Halifax to the world and once again demonstrate we can host massive productions like this."

Marvel location manager Emma Jane Richards said: “I love it when you bring a crew and they all get involved with the local community and the local shops. I think it's just a lovely place to be.”
