Strictly Come Dancing winner Bill Bailey to host Steph's Packed Lunch from Leeds Dock

Comedian Bill Bailey will make his live television presenting debut when he takes over Leeds daytime show Steph's Packed Lunch.

Regular host Steph McGovern is still self-isolating in line with Government guidance, so various celebrities have stepped in over the last week.

Bailey, the Strictly Come Dancing champion, is to present the Channel 4 show live from Leeds Dock at 12.30pm tomorrow (Friday).

"It’ll be a little nerve-wracking, go by in a bit of a whirl, but a lot of fun… a bit like dancing, I imagine.”

During his presenting stint, Bailey will be revealing his guide on ‘How to Be Happy’ and also be having an exclusive chat with Bez from Happy Mondays about his new online workout videos, which launch this weekend.

Fellow Strictly star AJ Pritchard will be in the studio alongside his brother, Love Island's Curtis, to reveal all about their forthcoming tour.

John Whaite will be in the kitchen, Russell Kane is to read the ‘One O’ Clock Views’ and Miquita Oliver and Alan Johnson are on hand to discuss the day’s biggest talking points.

Helen Skelton was the first to step in last Friday when it was announced that Ms McGovern, 38, was self-isolating, though she had not tested positive for coronavirus.
