World premiere of Busker - Harrogate musical about homeless
A brand new Harrogate musical tackling brave subjects such as homeless will receive its world premiere in a few week's time.

Hide AdBusker will be performed for the fery first time at Harrogate Theatre on Wednesday, June 22 but the civic couple got a sneak preview of several of this new musical’s scenes and songs.
The local man behind the production, Keith Humphrey was on hand at the press launch event at Major Tom's Social bar in Harrogate to talk about the show which focuses on the trials and triumphs of the homeless.
Busker is Keith’s second full-scale musical production following ‘hot in the heals’ of Boiling Frog that performed at Harrogate Theatre in 2011.

Hide AdMembers of the cast both young and older were also on hand to perform for the assembled guests and civic dignitaries, including Harrogate's new Mayor Coun Nick Brown and Mayoress Mrs Linda Brown.
Busker runs from Wednesday, June 22 to Saturday, June 25.
It is directed and choreographed by Louise Denison and the musical director is Jim Lunt.
