May 6 - Classical: Ensemble 360 will be launching the May Festival in the Studio Theatre, Sheffield 0114 249 6000, (sheffieldtheatres.co.uk). There is a pre-concert talk at 6.15pm free for ticket holders.

May 7 - Comedy: Barry Cryer returns for ‘yet another farewell tour’, at Wakefield Theatre Royal (01924 211311, theatreroyalwakefield). The Leeds-born comedian returns with Twitter Titters, in which the audience is 
asked to play judge and jury.
