100 jobs set to be created at £40m distribution centre in Doncaster

A major commercial property scheme is expected to create around 100 jobs in Yorkshire.

Trebor Developments and Hillwood have completed a 411,470 sq ft speculative industrial unit in Doncaster.

The £40m building provides a distribution or manufacturing unit with large yards on either side, 38 loading doors and parking for 75 heavy goods vehicles.

It also includes offices, electric vehicle charging stations and car parking for up to 317 vehicles.

A spokesman said: "The investment by Trebor/Hillwood delivers one of very few immediately available large scale industrial developments in the North of England, which can accommodate either distribution or manufacturing uses with immediate occupation."
