Abingdon Health announces launch of saliva pregnancy self-test in Boots

York-based Abingdon Health has announced the introduction of a saliva-based pregnancy self-test in the pharmacy chain Boots.

In March, Abingdon Health launched the first two Boots branded self-tests, for Iron and Vitamin D deficiency, in-store and online at boots.com.

In a statement, Abingdon said: “In another step toward strengthening this partnership with Boots, Abingdon Health is now pleased to announce the launch of the first ever saliva pregnancy test under the Boots own brand range. The test is being made available in store and online at boots.com from Spring 2024 onwards. This product launch allows more people to access a new way of testing for pregnancy.”
