Air IT acquires Vital Technology Group as part of expansion strategy

Managed service provider Air IT has acquired the Yorkshire-based IT service provider Vital Technology Group as part of its growth strategy.

The acquisition brings the company's total headcount to 500 staff. A spokesman said Vital’s existing team and premises would form a new regional hub covering Leeds, Yorkshire and the North East.
