Aldi looks to hire 454 new staff across Yorkshire

Aldi is looking to recruit 454 new store colleagues in Yorkshire as part of a national expansion drive.

The UK’s fourth largest supermarket is looking for people of all levels of experience to fill roles in its stores across the region. Stores in Yorkshire where Aldi is looking to hire include York, Askern, and Scarborough.

Kelly Stokes, recruitment director at Aldi UK, said: “As we continue to invest in new stores, we’re looking for hundreds more colleagues to join our incredible teams in Yorkshire.

The job roles on offer include both full-time and part-time positions such as stock assistant and store assistant, up to assistant store manager, with salaries of up to £62,850.

The supermarket chain is set to open an average of one new store a week across the UK between now and Christmas.
