AlixPartners completes deal
AlixPartners, the business advisory firm, has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of Zolfo Cooper Europe, for an undisclosed sum.
Zolfo Cooper Europe has been rebranded as AlixPartners across all its practice areas, which includes offices in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, and Glasgow. Simon Freakley, who was previously CEO of Zolfo Cooper Europe, said the deal was great news for clients.
