All change as Lowell creates new position

FAST-GROWING Lowell Group, one of the UK’s largest debt purchasing and contingent collections groups, has appointed Tish Joyce to the new role of director of change management.

In her new role, she will head up Leeds-based Lowell’s change management function and sit on its leadership board.

Ms Joyce was most recently with Asda where she managed the retail operations IT portfolio and had responsibility for leading the multi-channel transformation programme on behalf of Asda Direct and George.com. Previously she has held senior change management roles, both in the UK and Irish Republic, with major organisations including Gateway 2000, Microsoft and O2.

Lowell Group’s chief information officer, Gary Edwards, said: “Tish has very strong stakeholder management experience and an excellent background in developing business processes and driving the change management agenda and will add significant value to our already strong change management function.”

Elsewhere, property consultant Carter Jonas is expanding its commercial division with the appointment of Daniel Sherwood to the Leeds office. He is a qualified chartered surveyor and registered valuer who joins the company’s northern commercial and development division from East Riding Council.

Meanwhile, Simon Cuenca has joined Zenith as a business development manager. He has more than 21 years’ experience in the fleet and motor industry.

Mr Cuenca has moved to Zenith from Lombard Vehicle Management. He has previously worked for GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services and Lex Vehicle Leasing.

Claudia Rose, sales director for Zenith, said: “We are delighted to welcome Simon to our team. He is highly experienced in the fleet industry, and in new business acquisition. We expect him to add significant value to our existing high-quality team and help us achieve further growth.”

Yeadon-based Panintelligence, a provider of business intelligence solutions, has appointed Zandra Moore as partner manager. She has worked with InTechnology, Simply Personnel and Cascade HR.
