APP lands big Sheffield contract
Leeds-based APP Construction has been appointed to construct a £4m 63-bed student accommodation scheme for developer KMRE Group Ltd in Sheffield.
Work is due to get underway on the Trippet Lane site in September with the project due for completion in time for the 2017/18 academic year.
The seven-storey luxury scheme comprises a mixture of studios and apartments with a gym, meeting rooms, a secure courtyard, a common room and a private cinema room.
APP Construction director John White said: “We’re looking forward to getting up and running.”
