Avant Homes launches first family homes for sale at £33m development in Keighley

Housebuilder Avant Homes West Yorkshire has launched the first family homes for sale at its £33 million, 124-home Odette’s Point development in Keighley.

Located on Shann Lane close to Keighley town centre, the development comprises a mix of three and four-bedroom family homes. Prices range from £230,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached property to £260,000 for a three-bedroom detached house.
