Avant Homes launches first family homes for sale at £33m development in Keighley

Housebuilder Avant Homes West Yorkshire has launched the first family homes for sale at its £33 million, 124-home Odette’s Point development in Keighley.

Located on Shann Lane close to Keighley town centre, the development comprises a mix of three and four-bedroom family homes. Prices range from £230,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached property to £260,000 for a three-bedroom detached house.

Avant Homes West Yorkshire head of sales, Hannah Orgille, said: “There has been a fantastic response since we launched our Odette’s Point development, demonstrating the demand for high-quality new build homes in the Keighley area.

Avant Homes West Yorkshire currently has nine live developments ranging from Wakefield to Waverley with many more due to start as the business continues to implement its growth plans.

The Avant Homes Group currently operates across the Midlands, north of England and Scotland from eight regional operating businesses.

At present, the housebuilder employs more than 600 people.
