Barbecue beefs up its presence with outlet
The 1,300 sq ft restaurant is taking over the premises of former outlet, Macy’s Grill.
Opening in July this year, the building will be the subject of a £375,000 refit and will feature 50 covers with the potential for additional outdoor seating.

Hide AdThe announcement comes four weeks after the launch of the firm’s 185-cover site in Manchester, taking the company’s portfolio of outlets to three, including its existing restaurant in Leeds.
Red’s is known for its ‘low and slow’ form of cooking, where cuts of pork, beef, chicken and sausage are dry rubbed in spices and smoked in Oklahoman smokers for up to 23 hours.
The 107-cover Leeds city centre restaurant, which launched in September 2012, serves 17,000 customers each month.

James Douglas and Scott Munro founded the American-inspired restaurant.
Mr Douglas had just sold his Leeds-based rental property business Nest Lettings to Countrywide.
Mr Munro had worked for American technology company Sierra Wireless.
