Barratt Homes expands with new offices
The company has expanded into 12,700 sq ft at Raynham House in Sterling Capitol Park West, south Leeds.
Barratt Homes signed a five-year lease at £16.50 per sq ft at the business park, which sits by junction 28 of the M62.

Hide AdThe move takes the total number of employees on the park to more than 1,600.
Mike Heydecke, director of Sterling Capitol, said: “Job creation has always been at the heart of our company’s plans at our three Yorkshire business parks in Leeds, Barnsley and Goole. Breaking the 1,600 jobs barrier at Capitol Park makes us very proud indeed.”
Barratt, which has grown its Yorkshire West team by 15 per cent in the last year, joins other companies including Hermes, Henderson Insurance Brokers, dePuy, the NHS, AvailableCar, Ideal Heating and the Village Hotel.
Ian Ruthven, managing director at Barratt Homes Yorkshire West, added: “The new office at Raynham House provides the business with more space for their expanding team following a series of hires over the past year. It is home to more than 80 members of staff, providing Barratt with room for expansion as the housebuilding market within the region continues to grow.”
