Beachcroft moves to new home in Leeds
LAW firm DAC Beachcroft has become the first occupier to sign up for office space in the newly refurbished St Paul’s House in Leeds.
The legal firm has agreed an 11-year lease on 25,000 sq ft of space arranged over three floors in the Grade II listed building, which is owned by Boultbee Brooks Real Estate. The former cloth-cutting works was built in the late 19th century and overlooks the central gardens of Park Square. Beachcroft, which has 250 staff in Leeds, is moving from its existing offices in Park Square East and and Fountain House on South Parade. Savills represented Beachcroft.
