Bruntwood unveils preview of West Village development in Leeds as part of £200m 'pioneer' programme
The property company unveiled designs for the co-working, café, communal lounge and workspace, which will be underpinned by focused business support programmes, at the city centre West Village site, currently known as the West One estate.
The preview shows how West Village - which is being created by Bruntwood Works, Bruntwood’s workspace brand - will become a connected destination for business and the community.

Hide AdThe courtyard is designed to become a relaxing and restorative ‘urban oasis’ where people can recharge in a cocoon of cascading greenery, complete with local independent food and drink pop-ups.


It will be surrounded by contemporary workspaces, including a flexible event space and a new four-storey extension wrapped in plants and wildflowers, featuring two private terraces and roof gardens.
The 229,000 sq ft site will also feature innovative lighting concepts, carefully curated art installations, a fitness studio and the largest cycle storage facility in the city.
It will house a wide range of enterprises, from hot desking entrepreneurs to high growth businesses and multinational corporations.

Sustainability is central to the design of the site, which includes high efficiency air source heat pumps, mixed mode ventilation, new windows and wall insulation.
