A Yorkshire farm which recently installed one of the north of England’s largest ground mounted solar PV schemes is to host a free renewable energy seminar for businesses, farmers and landowners. The event at Fridlington Farms, near York, will include a tour of the new solar PV facility and presentations by leading experts in the field with the latest information on feed in tariffs. The seminar will be led by Harrogate-based Think Renewable Energy, the company behind the 190kW Fridlington Farms installation and other schemes in the region. Mr Watson will talk about how he started his Riverford veg box delivery company and developed it into a £40m turnover business. The event starts at noon for 12.30pm.
