Blacks Solicitors will host a breakfast seminar, to be presented by Chris Allen, managing partner at the firm. The free seminar will run from 8-9.30am and will focus on company and commercial law, offering advice to SMEs and owner-managed businesses on what to consider when selling a business and dealing with difficult directors.
