Come and join us at open day, says Ohana

The founders of Ohana Marquees, Mica and Roddy Keeble, are asking local hospitality and wedding companies to join forces with them on an open weekend on May 15 and 16.

Based in Kirklington, Ohana was created after the couple organised their own wedding from scratch, working with local suppliers to create a special, one-off event.

The company describes itself as is a one stop shop for people who want to organise a celebration once lockdown restrictions ease.

Ms Keeble said: “We worked with some amazing local businesses for our wedding who gave us a lovely local and personal touch and really want to help them get back up and running, hence our open day.

“We’d love to hear from any suppliers in the party or hospitality businesses who want to come along to our open day. It’s designed for anyone wanting to organise a party or event this summer.”

The open days on May 15 and 16 will be held at Howgrave Hall, Sutton Howgrave, Ripon, North Yorkshire. Anyone interested in getting involved should email Ms Keeble at [email protected].

Due to social distancing, visitors will be limited to groups of six and visitors will be asked to pre-book.
