Thousands headed to Leeds city centre as shops were finally allowed to reopen after closing due to the coronavirus crisis.

The government lifted lockdown restrictions to allow non-essential retailers to open on Monday, June 15. These 20 photographs show the huge contrast between lockdown life and now, as the city begins to return to normal.
