Guy Ackernley, speaking on behalf of the joint venture partners Urban Splash and Places for People, said: “We have seen unprecedented sales for Phase 2 of Park Hill. In what could be described as the most unusual and potentially challenging period worldwide, and one that could well have adversely affected the housing market, we have sold an amazing 44 homes in five months.

"This is very encouraging and testament to the location, the area and to the quality of homes on offer. It is also exciting to see the Park Hill community growing."

Homes in Phase 2 will continue to be released over the coming months.
