The business has announced plans for a major recruitment drive and is set to increase its workforce by 60 to 70 per cent in 2021.

A spokesman said: "It also doubled staff levels to 420 employees. Now, the latest round of recruitment will support the firm’s 2021 growth plans, in which it intends to further, significantly increase its national footprint. The brand expects that by the end of 2021, it will have 90 to 95 showrooms, and has already signed leases on 17 new stores – signalling a £2m investment."

"Earlier this month, the firm also moved its Wakefield store to a new superstore. Having previously rented a space within a tile shop, the move to its own, 13,000 sq. ft. store at Beck Retail Park, allows the firm to display its own range of tiles within a dedicated studio."

Craig Waddington, founder of Easy Bathrooms, said: “2020 has been a pivotal year at Easy Bathrooms, having opened 23 showrooms during a global pandemic, while doubling our workforce. We’re gearing up for a strong 2021 – with some exciting plans in the pipeline – so having the right team in place is incredibly important to us.”

Easy Bathrooms is set to hire across all areas of the business, from sales staff, to warehouse and logistics roles.
