"This milestone development marks the start of our ambitious programme to complete 6,000 new homes across the North between 2023 - 2028 and has transformed this former derelict site into 20 much-needed affordable homes in the local area.

“Building much-needed affordable housing in all the areas we operate in continues to be a key priority for us. There’s high demand from customers in all the areas we develop, and we’re committed to playing our part in alleviating the shortage of affordable housing in the North.”
