The project is Great Places Housing Group’s first fully completed scheme as part of its second strategic partnership agreement with Homes England.

Delivered in partnership with Allert Building and Construction Ltd, the development was completed a full two months ahead of schedule. All properties are now occupied.

Great Places Housing Group has completed its £2.3m development in Rotherham, its first fully completed scheme as part of its second Strategic Partnership agreement with Homes England.

"This milestone development marks the start of our ambitious programme to complete 6,000 new homes across the North between 2023 - 2028 and has transformed this former derelict site into 20 much-needed affordable homes in the local area.
