First homes launched for sale at £42m Bishop's Quarter development in Sherburn-in-Elmet

Avant Homes North Yorkshire has launched the first family homes for sale at its £42m, 150-home Bishop’s Quarter development in Sherburn-in-Elmet.

Located on Argus Lane, close to the village centre, the development will comprise a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes
