Colliers’ Parks team, on behalf of Leisure Resorts, has sold Rivers Edge Park, a five-star holiday home park in the Yorkshire Dales, for an undisclosed sum.

Rivers Edge is a luxury holiday home park with a bar and restaurant on Bentham Road in Ingleton, North Yorkshire. The site extends across 29.8 acres, offering a total of 190 pitches, with 174 for holiday and 16 for residential use.

A spokesman said: “Leisure Resorts has owned and operated the establishment for the last four years. The sale is part of a strategic restructuring by Leisure Resorts with the intention to focus on expanding its holiday lettings businesses which already has locations in the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire.”

The park has been sold to the expanding UK Leisure Parks, a family-run business with a portfolio of gated communities and leisure caravan parks across Lancashire, Cheshire and Yorkshire.
