Galliford wins Leeds deals
The first contract is to refurbish the Engineering Building at the University’s main Woodhouse campus. The £22.5m project will involve refurbishing levels three, four and five of the 1960s building, as well as completing the maintenance backlog on the remainder of the building.
Galliford Try will also undertake the £15.3m refurbishment of the Grade II listed Edward Boyle Library. The scheme, which will cover all six floors of the 1970s building, includes fully refurbishing the study areas and replacing the engineering systems and roof.
