Gleeson Homes has obtained planning permission for a new 195-home development in a Yorkshire seaside town.

The 19.5 acre plot of land in Hornsea will see two, three and four bedroom homes built at the development, called Mariner’s View.

The properties will use Gleeson Homes’ rural elevation style and will include plots with air source heat pumps, electric vehicle charging points and chimneys to ensure the development is in keeping with the characteristics of the local community.
