With funding from the Homes and Communities Agency and working with Lichfield District Council, Lichfield District Venture and Bromford Group, Harrison built a new multi-storey car park, public conveniences and 60 homes, including six homes for sale and 54 rented apartments for older people.

The group’s chairman Martyn Harrison said that work on a 79-bed Premier Inn, which will be phase two of the £14m Friary development, will be completed this summer. “I am delighted to report that, on the back of another successful year, we are exceptionally well placed to deliver,” said Mr Harrison.
