Headquarters transformation for Tenet Group
Tenet Group, one of the UK’s largest adviser support organisations, has refurbished its Yorkshire headquarters following an innovative property deal.
Instead of relocating its head office, the company knocked through two offices at No.5, Lister Hill and Techno Centre in Horsforth, Leeds, to make one larger space. The 25,000 sq ft premises underwent a three-month refurbishment including new comfort cooling, meeting rooms and breakout space for the firm’s 250 staff.
Leeds-based GVA’s office agency team, led by Matthew Tootell, and its building consultancy unit, led by Nick Twigg, worked together on the project. Mr Tootell said: “We were not only able to enable Tenet to remain at its current headquarters but also allow staff to work together under one roof.”
