The North Yorkshire agency was founded in March 2015 by Nick Henderson.
The firm has won a number of awards and is now a leading residential selling and letting agency in Whitby and the surrounding area.
The firm said the growing popularity of Whitby has also been a key factor in the success of Hendersons.
“Our wonderful, historic town is becoming increasingly popular across the country," said Mr Henderson.

“Taking this into account, the demand for properties in the Whitby area has never been higher. Our South and West Yorkshire-based clients, for example, are always on the lookout for high-quality homes and apartments to either use as a commercial holiday let or simply a luxury second home.”
Mr Henderson said he was mentored by a former employer, Edward Astin, who was highly respected in the world of estate agency.
“After his death, I thought it was the right time to strike out on my own," said Mr Henderson.
"My colleagues at the time, Carolyn Rhea and Charlotte Whitehead, followed me. Together we had racked up an impressive 30 years’ experience between us at the same firm and this experience has stood us in tremendous stead.
“I am delighted to say that we have made a significant impact on the local estate agency sector in Whitby and the surrounding area. We have been the number one selling agent for YO21 and YO22 postcodes since we launched and we are determined to maintain this position."
Since the firm opened in Flowergate in 2015, the team has more than doubled.
"We all gel well as a team and I really feel that is key in the modern, fast-moving world of estate agency," said Mr Henderson.
“I am also a great believer in cutting edge software and bespoke marketing strategies. We were the first agent in the area to have a touch screen outside our offices, so that potential clients could see what properties were on offer when we were closed.
“But we try to be open as much as possible, seven days a week, with a seven days a week accompanied viewing service."
Hendersons' client list includes Ledden Estates, Caedmon Homes, S Harrison Developments, the Strickland-Constable Estate, the Mulgrave Estate and the Egton Estate.
