How the Leeds Digital Festival Awards will honour the rising stars of the tech sector
Nominations are open for the Leeds Digital Festival Awards, which are a celebration of the people and businesses bringing skilled jobs to the Leeds City Region.
A spokesman said: “These not-for-profit awards celebrate the organisations and individuals who are driving this vibrant industry.

Hide Ad“They provide an opportunity for everyone in the Leeds City Region to nominate and celebrate the people and organisations they believe deserve recognition for their contribution to the digital sector over the last year.”
The final shortlisted nominees will be selected by a panel of experts from the Leeds digital and technology sectors.
The judges include Cleveland Henry of UKCloud Health, Greg Wright, deputy business editor of The Yorkshire Post, Zandra Moore, the CEO of Panintelligence. who was the winner of Tech Innovation of the Year award in 2019 and chief officer of economic development at Leeds City Council, Eve Roodhouse.
Ms Roodhouse said: “I’m delighted to be a judge for the 2020 Leeds Digital Festival Awards.

Hide Ad“They are a great way for individuals and companies to be recognised for their achievements during the year and to shine a light on the fantastic things going on across Leeds and the city region.”
A number of organisations are providing sponsorship for this year’s awards, including: Little Agency, University of Leeds, Crisp, Ad:venture, Sedulo, The Phoenix Partnership, Marsh, SCC, Panintelligence and Leeds City Council.
Andrew Maeer, the managing director of Amsource said: “We are once again delighted to be hosting the Leeds Digital Festival Awards for the third year, and to have expanded to 10 categories, celebrating the best the city region has to offer in digital and tech. Once again the event will be free to attend.”
