Jaywing encouraged by start

Marketing and consulting business Jaywing plc said it made an encouraging start to its financial year and that its level of organic growth had been “particularly pleasing”.

Jaywing said operating profit was up to £290,000, for the six months ended September 30, representing a turnaround of £1.4m from a loss of £1.15m in the previous year.

Ian Robinson, chairman of Jaywing, said: “The first half of the financial year has been one of further progress for Jaywing.

“The business continues to grow gross profit and remains profitable and cash generative. Jaywing’s investment in product development is showing positive outcomes.

“We continue to progress our strategic objectives including the provision of increasingly integrated services to our clients with data science at their core.”
