The unit has been brought to market by Leeds-based property consultancy Walker Singleton along with joint agent Carter Towler and is available to let on a leasehold basis for £125,000 per annum, or to purchase for £1.5 million.

Walker Singleton has been appointed to market the property by the landlord following their machinery and business assets team successfully selling the assets of the previous occupier, Excel Automotive Group, on behalf of the liquidator.
