Letting firm buys out rival
Residential sales and letting firm '‹'‹'‹'‹'‹Linley & Simpson has accelerated its expansion programme with the acquisition of a '‹rival independent agency.
Linley & Simpson, which has a network of 11 offices across North and West Yorkshire, has taken over the rental portfolio of the York Property Company.
The deal, completed for an undisclosed sum, will see all the properties managed by the York Property Company’s office in Stonegate merge into Linley & Simpson’s branch in Micklegate, which has just had a record year.
Linley & Simpson said the deal will help it keep pace with increasing demand for rental properties in York and the surrounding communities.
